Oza Enwonode is a legal practitioner and currently heads the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Unit in Goldwyns.

Before his current role at Goldwyns, he was a seasoned litigator with considerable experience in corporate litigation practice, complimenting his transactional and corporate governance expertise. He is also an advanced legal researcher with research skills tested at post-graduate level.

Within the Firm’s operations, Oza advises and provides legal support services on the interpretation of tax and other statutes relevant to Firm projects requiring legal perspectives in giving the best outcome to Clients. He brings to bear, considerable experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance best practices and employs this experience in the performance of secretarial engagements executed by Goldwyns Advisory, a sister firm of Goldwyns Chartered Accountants.
