Olakunle Agoro currently heads the Corporate Tax Services Unit within Goldwyns.

He has several years of professional experience to a wide range of clients in private/public sectors in Nigeria. Before joining Goldwyns, he worked in the financial services sector with leading banking and pension fund institutions.

Olakunle provides sound management of clients’ corporate tax portfolio and develops strategic tax planning for tax efficiency, optimization of tax incentives and overall business efficiency of clients.

His understanding of corporate tax practice in Nigeria cuts across several industries and he constantly advises clients on tax compliance in Nigeria. He has a firm grasp of the existing tax legislation with a keen eye on new and emerging trends in tax practice in Nigeria.

He has participated and offered tax perspectives in several developmental projects including mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement and other corporate restructuring ventures.
