Akinyemi Morakinyo is an Associate Director and the current Head of Practice of the Firm, a position he attained in January 2019.

As Associate Director of Audit and Assurance, Akinyemi Morakinyo leads audit engagements in the oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and consumer goods sectors of the Nigerian economy. His extensive experience in these sectors is combined with a sharp business acumen which is deployed in all engagements to which he is responsible. He is a renowned IFRS Trainer and Financial Analyst and has successfully overseen several training sessions for the Firm’s employees and clients on IFRS requirements and other IFRS compliance-related matters.

As Head of Practice, he works with the Partners to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
